Here’s an easy way to learn (and remember what you learned).

At the end of each day, take a minute and jot down one thing you learned.

Just one.

It doesn’t matter what it is.

On Sunday evening, look back at the seven things you learned.

By the end of the month, you’ll have 30 or so new learnings.

After one year, you’ll have captured 365 things you learned in the last 12 months.

Doing so will allow you to remember them and implement them.
