Don’t assume they are.

Continue following up to ensure they’re satisfied with the resolution.

If they’re ghosting you, reach out to your other contacts at the company.

Still nothing?

  • Share an article about their industry.
  • Create virtuals for their next event.
  • Send them a relevant sample.

If you still don’t get a response, stop by their office (if appropriate).

Don’t nag them.

Politely follow up until you get a response.
